However, THE RESPONSIBLE can not and therefore does not guarantee that there will be no unauthorized access to your personal data or that communications are free of any interruption, error or interception by unauthorized third parties.

5. Notwithstanding any provision of this Notice, the owner acknowledges that his / her consent for the processing of Personal Data by the RESPONSIBLE or by third parties in any of the cases indicated in Article 10 of the LFPDPP will not be required.
